Founded by Ron Nettnin, President and CEO, and his wife Sonia, Westside Medical Supply began with a vision to improve lives through better access to durable medical equipment. From its humble beginnings, the company has grown into one of New York State’s leading providers of complex rehab technology, mobility solutions, and wheelchair services.

Our 20,000-square-foot corporate headquarters is located at 765 Elmgrove Road in Gates, a suburb just west of Rochester, NY. In addition to our main location, we operate a second facility in the Rochester area to better serve our growing patient base.

Ron brings over 26 years of industry experience, including a strong background in home health care operational management and advanced custom rehabilitation. He is also RESNA ATP certified (Assistive Technology Professional), a credential now required by Medicare and other payers for complex rehab wheelchair evaluations and fittings.
